Dr. T. Adedayo Alugo is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She is a member of the Canadian Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is an assistant professor of Psychiatry at Dalhousie University and Memorial University, Newfoundland and Staff, Department of Psychiatry, Saint John Regional Hospital. Dr. Alugo is actively involved in Medical education and published several journal articles. She is the founder of Saintjohncapp, creator of the Emotions ambassador program and host of the Walking on eggshells with Dr. Tolu podcast, where she provides mental health information to support parents and caregivers.
